Returns or exchanges will only be considered if received by us within 14 days of the original purchase date together with original proof of purchase.
Returns or exchanges must to be initiated by an email request to info@solarmountingsolutions.co.za and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected an email will be sent notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Should your return be approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 working days.
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged, should you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please send an email request to info@solarmountingsolutions.co.za
Depending on your delivery address, the time taken for exchanged products to reach you can vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your items to us, else we cannot guarantee the receipt thereof.
